Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant Government and Private Tenders related to Modular OT, MGPS, ICU, and hospital infrastructure projects.
- Regularly monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, State Government portals, and other e-tendering websites.
- Study tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with the Technical, Projects, Purchase, Finance, and Management teams for quotations, technical inputs, and supporting documents.
- Prepare tender costing, BOQ comparison, and required documentation.
- Handle online tender submission and ensure submission before the deadline.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMD, tender fees, BG, and important dates.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare pre-bid queries when required.
- Follow up on tender status, technical evaluations, clarifications, and award results.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate,



and submitted as per compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Experience in Government Tendering will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Modular Operation Theatre (MOT) and Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of GeM and other e-tendering portals.
- Valuable understanding of BOQ, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and online tender portals.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Experience: 2–5 Years preferred
Job Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Healthcare Infrastructure, Modular OT, MGPS, or Hospital
