Job Description:

- Operational Excellence: Ensure 100% accurate and timely reconciliation (T+0/T+1) across all digital, card, and banking channels including GL reconciliation.
- Dispute Management: Handle and resolve transaction disputes/exceptions within SLA with minimal escalations.
- Team Management: Lead team productivity, training, and resource planning to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to RBI/NPCI/bank guidelines and maintain audit readiness with zero major findings.
- MIS & Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely MIS reports with actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage vendors, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Drive automation and efficiency to reduce manual efforts and operational errors.
- Risk Management: Identify, escalate, and mitigate operational risks proactively.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure system uptime,



IT coordination, and business continuity readiness.
- Strong exposure to EJ analysis, TTUM processing, C3R/CBR reports,MIS reporting, reconciliation tools, Excel (advanced), and banking systems.
- Solid experience in Reconciliation Operations and GL Tally & Ensure zero escalation to Product team at central office Mumbai

Skills Required:

- Reconciliation of UPI, IMPS, AEPS, ATM (NFS/CIA/ICD/ICCW)
- Card Networks (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- BBPS, FASTag, NEFT/RTGS & GL Reconciliation.

Educational Qualification:

B.Com./ BSc./BCA/ MCA/ BTech Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering
