DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle daily data entry, record maintenance, reporting, and documentation. The candidate should be comfortable working with ERP, MS Excel, and MS Word and should maintain accuracy while handling routine operational data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Enter, update, and maintain daily operational data in ERP and MS Excel.

- Maintain records related to production, inventory, dispatch, and other operational activities.

- Prepare daily reports, data trackers, and basic MIS reports.

- Verify data and identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate entries.

- Maintain both digital and physical records in an organized manner.

- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to collect pending information.

- Ensure all reports and records are updated and submitted on time.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.

REQUIRED SKILLS





- Good working knowledge of MS Excel – formatting, basic formulas, sorting, and filtering.

- Working knowledge of ERP software.

- Basic knowledge of MS Word.

- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.

- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Ability to work with deadlines and handle routine data efficiently.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience in data entry, documentation, MIS, inventory, production, dispatch, or similar operational responsibilities will be preferred.
