Responsibilities:

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products and services.

Identify customer needs and provide information about the product & service.

Answer questions about the product & service.

Explain product features and benefits.

Handle customer objections and resolve customer complaints.

Meet or exceed sales targets.

Update customer information in the company database.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Always maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Master’s or bachelor’s Degree.

Experience:





1 to 2 Years (1–2 Years).

Skilled Skills:

Good communication skills.

Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi languages.

Good self-presentation skill.

Desirable Skills:

Pleasant personality with attentive posture.

Adherence to company policies.

Avoid disclosing confidential information with outsiders.

CRM Software handling experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
