Admin Cum Floor Coordinator – NashikJob Description

- Ensure proper discipline and smooth functioning of staff on wards/floors.
- Monitor staff behaviour, attitude, noise levels, and prompt response to nursing calls.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff to ensure timely availability and patient care.
- Manage day-to-day Patient Care Services, including In-Patient and Out-Patient coordination.
- Address patient queries and concerns and ensure courteous and accurate communication.
- Ensure new admissions, discharges, and bed management are updated accurately in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Resolve issues related to bed allocation and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Ensure completeness and proper maintenance of Medical Record Files.
- Provide refresher training to nurses, doctors, and ward/administrative staff on relevant HIS processes.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate housekeeping activities on the respective floor.
- Monitor compliance with hospital quality standards and report observations to the HOD.
- Support Medical Record Audits and report significant incidents or deviations.
- Act as an effective communication link between patients, doctors,



nurses, and other hospital departments.
- Maintain and enforce organizational standards to ensure quality patient services.
- Ensure proactive and responsive service through in-person, telephone, and email communication.

- Candidate should have experience in the Hospital / Healthcare Industry.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and administrative skills.
- Patient-centric approach with the ability to handle queries professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate with different departments.
- Flexible to work in shifts.

Job Location: Nashik

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
