Job Description

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Collections Executives to join our IBL collections team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, following up on pending payments, and achieving collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding pending/outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Explain payment details and assist customers with suitable payment options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Follow company policies and collection procedures.

Eligibility

- Qualification: PUC / 12th Pass & Above




- Language: Manageable English + Any South Indian Language
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with collection targets.

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: ₹15,000 per month
- Overtime: Up to ₹2,000
- Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 based on performance
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Week Off: Rotational
