Key Responsibilities

- Business Process Analysis: Gather and document business requirements through workshops; analyze existing workflows (As-Is) and design optimized operational processes (To-Be).
- System Configuration: Setup, configure, and customize ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM) to meet client specifications.
- Implementation & Deployment: Lead standard implementation phases including gap analysis, data migration planning, integration mapping, and functional testing (UAT).
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to align business needs with ERP capabilities.
- Training & Change Management: Create functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials; conduct training sessions for key users and end-users.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide functional support, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize software usage post-implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant implementing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Odoo).
- Domain Knowledge: Robust understanding of core business operations such as financial accounting, procurement, inventory management, or sales processes.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP module configuration, functional design specification (FDS) writing, and system integration workflows.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
