Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with Canadian and US Accounting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage bookkeeping and accounting for Canadian and US clients.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger and accounting records.
- Assist with payroll, tax preparation, and audit support.
- Review work and support junior team members.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in Canadian and US Accounting.




- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO), QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), CaseWare (CW), and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
