Job Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing clients regularly to generate current business.
- Promote and sell company products/services to customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market research.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and quotations and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and other sales-related activities as required.
- The role requires regular local/outstation travel as per business requirements. Field sales roles commonly involve customer visits, lead generation, follow-ups, relationship management, and target achievement.

Candidate Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Direct Sales.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence is required.
- Candidate should be comfortable with regular travel.
- Ability to independently handle client meetings and sales visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
