Performance Marketing Meta Ads

Responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive measurable business results such as sales, leads, and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns based on business goals.
- Develop audience, targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
- Test different ad creatives, hooks, copy, offers, and audiences.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, and CAC.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and conversion results.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.




- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations.
- Continuously experiment with current strategies to improve revenue, conversions, and return on ad spend.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
