HIRING – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting, reconciliations, and balance sheet working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Preparation and filing of GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.
- Preparation and filing of TDS Returns and handling TDS compliance
- GST & TDS Reconciliation with books, returns, and supporting documents
- Balance Sheet Working and preparation of schedules
- Ledger scrutiny and accounting entries
- Bank Reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation
- Maintaining proper books of accounts and accounting records
- Handling GST notices, queries, and basic compliance requirements
- Ensuring timely statutory compliance and maintaining supporting documents
- Coordination with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal teams
- Preparation of MIS reports and other financial statements as required

MANDATORY SKILLS:





✅ Solid hands-on knowledge of GST Return Filing & Working
✅ Strong hands-on knowledge of TDS Return Filing & Working
✅ Good understanding of GST & TDS Sections
✅ Practical experience in GST & TDS Reconciliation
✅ Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet Working
✅ Bank Reconciliation & Ledger Reconciliation
✅ Good accounting fundamentals
✅ Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS provisions
- Good command over MS Excel and accounting software
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills
- Should be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Immediate Joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
