The Role

We are seeking a Site Installation Engineer/Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering. This role involves complete end-to-end oversight of project execution—from mobilization and material verification to final commissioning. You will be the primary driver of equipment installation, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality standards are met for large-scale industrial water projects.

Core Responsibilities

- Project Lifecycle Management: Track all phases including mobilization, installation supervision, protocol sign-offs, and trial runs.
- Technical Oversight: Supervise the erection and commissioning of rotary/static equipment and piping systems (valves, bends, miters).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for customers, consultants, and end-users regarding all contractual and technical matters.
- On-Site Logistics: Manage shifting, lifting machinery, and storage-to-site transitions while maintaining strict safety and QA/QC standards.
- Reporting:



Prepare site installation schedules and track progress via bi-weekly reports; escalate risks or delays promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: 3–5 years specifically in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Execution or similar electromechanical project management.
- Software: Mandatory knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to mediate between contractors, labor teams, and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Must be willing to travel to and stay at remote sites for several weeks at a time.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
