* Design and update job descriptions as per client requirements.

* Source potential candidates from various online channels (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Craft recruiting emails and messages to attract passive candidates.

* Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

* Conduct interviews with candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).

* Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates.

* Handle client communication and understand hiring requirements.

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to selection.

* Coordinate the joining process and follow up with candidates until onboarding.

* Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

* Support Business Development (BD) activities by identifying potential clients and assisting in requirement generation.

* Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
