Mandatory Skill: PowerCurve Strategy Management (PCSM)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Design, code, test and deploy decision-management solutions using Experian PowerCurve (PCSM/PCO) platform.

- Translate business credit-risk policies into executable strategy and business-rules logic.

- Lead configuration, integration (APIs/web-services), and versioning of PowerCurve components.

- Ensure code quality, reusability and adherence to standards through peer reviews and design patterns.

- Collaborate with customers, QA and project teams to validate, deploy and maintain decisioning solutions.

Key Skills:

- PowerCurve Strategy Management (PCSM) & PowerCurve Origination (PCO)

- Core Java, Groovy/XML, scripting and rule-engine development

- Web services (SOAP, REST), database (SQL), and integration expertise

- Software design patterns, architecture, configuration & release management

- Domain knowledge in credit/lending (risk, underwriting, collections), Agile methodology & strong problem-solving and communication skills
