Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on Interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle industrial/B2B sales across Vidarbha region
Generate new business & manage existing clients
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Lead, manage & motivate the sales team
Plan strategies and monitor team performance
Conduct field visits, client meetings & product demos
