CANDIDATE PROFILE :

· Graduate in Engg / Arts / Science / commerce. Additional qualification in management (MBA) desirable.

· In the age group of 35 to 42 years with 12 to 16 years’ experience in Sales / Dealer Management / Recent Distributor appointment / Business Development etc.

· CTC in the range of Rs.7 to 8 Lacs. Not a constraint for the right candidate.

· Should be fluent in English & local language.

· The candidates currently working / living in the advertised locations preferred.

JOB PROFILE :

· Good exposure to Building materials industry ( Paints / Pipes / Tiles / Sanitary ware etc., ). Candidates from Paint industry with bazar sales experience will get preference.

· Experienced in creating vast Distributor / Dealer network.

· Should be a mature team player with ability to handle 2 / 3 sales executives covering vast geographic areas.

Job Type: Full-time
