About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and curious Bakery Interns who are eager to learn the art and science of baking in a real, working Cloud Kitchen. This role is ideal for students, freshers, or anyone passionate about baking and food craftsmanship. You’ll gain hands-on experience while working closely with our Cloud Kitchen team in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily preparation of Breads/Buns, desserts, and baked goods
- Help with measuring, mixing, baking, and finishing products as per recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety guidelines
- Support inventory handling, ingredient preparation, and basic stock management
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and quality checks of finished products
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures for baking and food safety
- Support the team during peak production hours and special orders
