Job Description

Location: Nagpur (Entire Vidarbha Region, Aurangabad and Nashik)

Employment Type: Off-Roll

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve secondary sales targets for CES (Consumer Electronics) & EMI categories

- Drive category-wise sales performance and dealer expansion

- Sales planning, forecasting, and execution of trade marketing activities

- Strengthen SCI presence through consumer engagement initiatives

- Conduct dealer, distributor, and DSO training programs

- Handle distributor and partner relationships in General Trade channel

- Participate in dealer events, college activations, and marketing initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business growth

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Dealer/retailer count and billing efficiency

- Distribution depth (SKU penetration)

- Sales volume achievement (CES & EMI)

- Distributor/partner network growth

Other Requirements:

- Ability to travel within the region

- Robust dealer and distributor management capability

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Fashion & Consumer Goods Industry: 7 years (Required)
- Retail sales: 7 years (Required)
- General Trade & Handling Distributor: 5 years (Required)
