About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry to drive business growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through lead generation, data mining, cold calling, and customer visits.
- Develop and manage B2B sales for APIs, Agrochemicals, Dyes, Animal Nutrition, Rubber Chemicals, Leather Chemicals, and Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs).
- Build solid relationships with domestic and international customers.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer payments.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch for timely deliveries.
- Arrange product samples and complete customer/vendor qualification documentation.
- Maintain sales records as per ISO 9001 & GMP requirements.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, sales forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, online bidding, and marketing activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 3–8 years of sales experience in the Chemical Industry.
- Experience in Specialty Chemicals & Agrochemicals is preferred.
- Strong B2B sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication, email drafting, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software.
- Experience in export sales or handling international customers is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

✔ Existing network within the chemical industry
✔ Experience in agricultural markets or agro-input products is an added advantage
✔ Target-driven with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
