Role description

Manager: Role Purpose

Support and progressively lead delivery across Technology Diligence, Value Creation, and Tech PMI engagements. Develop capabilities in financial modeling and lifecycle integration.

Key Responsibilities – Lifecycle Delivery

- Execute diligence workstreams (architecture, infrastructure, product, data, SDLC)
Support value-creation analysis and Tech
- EBITDA linkage
- Support Tech PMI planning including TSA mapping and integration complexity analysis
- Assist in development of stand-alone IT cost baselines
- Assist in development of one-time integration/separation cost models
- Draft red flag reports and executive summaries

Capability & Innovation

- Contribute to development of reusable diligence and cost modeling templates
- Assist in building new Tech M&A; capabilities and accelerators
- Leverage automation and AI tools to enhance delivery efficiency
- Mentor Senior Consultants

Skills

Required Experience

- 6–9 years relevant experience
- Exposure to at least two components of the Tech M&A; lifecycle (Diligence, Value Creation, PMI)
- Experience contributing to financial or cost models
- Experience in transaction or high-intensity consulting environments
- Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, and enterprise architecture
