We are seeking a highly motivated Community Associate Intern to support engagement, partnerships, and community-building initiatives within the AECO ecosystem. The selected candidate will work closely with startups, investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners while assisting in events, outreach, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

- Build relationships across the AECO ecosystem.
- Conduct outreach to investors, corporates, and partners.
- Onboard and engage community members.
- Assist in partnership proposal creation.
- Maintain databases and communication records.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and hackathons.
- Support presentations, outreach campaigns, and stakeholder communications.
- Research market trends and potential leads.




- Gather feedback to improve community engagement.

Requirements

- MBA students or recent graduates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in startups, innovation ecosystems, and AECO industries.

Compensation

₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
