1. Lead Generation

- Appointments Fixed: Number of qualified meetings or site visits successfully scheduled for field managers per week/month.
- Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of cold prospects that transition into qualified leads (Conversion Rate) = {Qualified Leads}/{Total Calls Made}} 100).

2. Productivity

- Customer Visits : Prospective Customer visits (cold and warm calls) completed per day.
- Connect Rate: Percentage of visits resulting in a meaningful conversation with key decision-makers (e.g., Supply Chain Heads, Logistics Managers).

3. Data & Pipeline Management

- MIS : Timely and accurate logging of call outcomes, prospect details, and company profiles in the MIS
- Database Growth: Identifying and adding current high-potential target accounts (importers, exporters, e-commerce brands) to the sales pipeline.

4. Service & Communication Quality





- Value Proposition: Ability to effectively explain logistics services (e.g., Transport, Warehousing).
- Customer Query Resolution: Answering initial client queries (e.g., about pricing or delivery timelines) within defined turn-around-times (TAT).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
