- Open and inspect the spare parts department and storage area.
- Check the availability of fast-moving and essential TVS genuine spare parts.
- Monitor daily spare parts stock levels.
- Receive spare parts requests from the service/workshop team.
- Issue the correct parts against job cards or authorized requests.
- Check and verify spare parts received from suppliers or the company.
- Match received parts with purchase orders and invoices.
- Update inward and outward stock entries in the DMS/ERP system.
- Arrange spare parts properly according to part number and category.
- Monitor low-stock and out-of-stock items.
- Prepare orders for required spare parts.
- Follow up on pending and back-order parts.
- Supply spare parts to retail customers and workshop customers.
- Ensure the correct part is issued for the correct vehicle model.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians regarding parts availability.
- Handle customer enquiries about spare parts availability and prices.
- Manage returns, damaged parts, and warranty-related parts as per company procedures.
- Monitor dead stock and slow-moving spare parts.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the parts store.
- Ensure valuable parts are stored securely.




- Check for stock shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
- Conduct daily physical verification of selected high-value or fast-moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

- Stock Management – Maintain optimum stock levels of genuine spare parts.
- Parts Availability – Ensure required parts are available for workshop repairs.
- Inventory Accuracy – Keep physical stock and system stock matched.
- Ordering – Place orders for rapid-moving, low-stock, and required parts on time.
- Workshop Support – Ensure technicians receive the right parts without unnecessary delays.
- Cost Control – Reduce excess stock, dead stock, losses, and damages.
- Customer Service – Provide the correct genuine parts and accurate information.
- Team Management – Supervise parts counter staff and store assistants.
- Reporting – Prepare daily stock, sales, shortage, and pending-order reports.
- Compliance – Follow TVS/dealership procedures for parts ordering, storage, returns, and warranty claims.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
