We are a silver jewelry brand with online and offline retail presence looking for an E-commerce & Inventory Executive experienced in Shopify dashboard management, CSV handling, Excel inventory sheets, and stock reconciliation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our day-to-day product inventory and basic e-commerce website maintenance. In this role, you will ensure our stock records are accurate in Microsoft Excel, update pricing and product listings, and make routine front-end updates to our online store.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Tracking & Reporting: Maintain, update, and reconcile stock levels using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate count and order replenishment.

Website Updates: Edit product details, update prices, upload product images, and add promotional banners or call-to-action buttons (e.g., "Shop Now" tabs/links).

Catalog Management: Create new product listings and remove discontinued items across the e-commerce platform.

Data Verification: Audit inventory sheets against online store availability to eliminate out-of-stock discrepancies.

Routine Troubleshooting:



Monitor website product pages for broken links, incorrect pricing, or formatting issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets: Robust working knowledge of formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF), data filtering, sorting, and basic pivot tables.

Basic CMS / E-Commerce Platform Experience: Familiarity with back-end store management (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or WordPress). No advanced coding required, but comfort with basic page editors and dashboard navigation is essential.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and proofreading to prevent pricing or inventory errors.

Basic Web Familiarity: Understanding of how to add links, buttons, and embed media on web pages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
