Team Leader – NGO Fundraising

Location: Singasandra, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Sunday: Weekly Off
Salary: ₹22,000/month (Negotiable for deserving candidates)

Requirements:

- Graduate with excellent English communication skills.
- Age below 29 years.
- Minimum 2 years of outbound call centre experience.
- Solid leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to handle donor concerns professionally.
- Ability to motivate the team and achieve targets.
- Excellent pre-shift and post-shift huddle skills.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the telecalling team.
- Monitor team performance and targets.
- Support team members in closing important calls.
- Handle escalations and donor concerns.
- Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
