About the Role

Roomwave is looking for a responsible and experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate our home cinema installation projects.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the on-site team, coordinate daily activities, maintain work quality, and ensure the project is completed within the planned 20–25 day timeline.

You will act as the main point of contact between the Roomwave team, technicians, contractors, and other workers at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the complete on-site installation team.
- Plan and allocate daily tasks to workers and technicians.
- Ensure the team follows the project schedule and completes work on time.
- Coordinate different activities including acoustic treatment, electrical work, flooring, false ceiling, carpentry, seating installation, AV installation and finishing work.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure it meets Roomwave’s standards.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available at the site when required.
- Coordinate with contractors and external vendors.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues quickly.
- Maintain a clean, organised and protected work environment.
- Track daily progress and provide regular updates to the Roomwave management team.
- Take photographs/videos of important stages of the project and share progress updates.
- Ensure the project is completed within the expected 20–25 day project timeline.
- Coordinate final finishing, cleaning and handover of the site.

Requirements

- Previous experience in site supervision,



interior projects, construction, home theatre installation or similar work.
- Good team-management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workers and contractors simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of site execution and finishing work.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the project.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations around Coimbatore.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, carpentry, civil, false ceiling and interior works is preferred.
- Experience handling premium residential projects will be an advantage.

Compensation

- Freelance / project-based payment.
- Payment structure can be discussed based on experience and project requirements.
- Additional projects may be offered based on performance and reliability.
