Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounts department. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, billing, and accounting tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily accounting entries in Tally software
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance work
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking




- Support in preparing financial reports and monthly statements
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for billing and payment matters
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Assist the Accounts Manager and Senior Accountant with audits and month-end closing

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills

Salary: Minimun- 18k to Maximum -22k
