About the Role

LuxaDerme is looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Handle recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and joining.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, LOP, salary revisions, and employee queries.
- Review PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate performance reviews, probation confirmations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations and disciplinary processes.




- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
- Good understanding of Indian HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with greytHR or similar HRMS preferred.
- Experience in D2C, skincare, beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce is an advantage.
