We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, arranging interviews, coordinating with clients and hiring managers, and supporting successful candidate placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Post vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with clients or hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, selection, and joining process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures of open positions.




- Support onboarding documentation and other HR activities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, consultancy, or HR operations is preferred.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and online recruitment tools.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in bulk hiring, domestic recruitment, or international recruitment.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Strong follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings at the same time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
