Mixologist – Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages.

Create cutting-edge and customized drinks according to guest preferences.

Maintain excellent knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, mixers, and cocktail ingredients.

Ensure proper portioning, presentation, garnish, and consistency of all beverages.

Interact professionally with guests and provide personalized beverage recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.

Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the supervisor for stock requirements.

Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service standards.

Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and efficiently.

Assist in developing new cocktails and seasonal beverage menus.

Maintain proper records of stock usage and minimize wastage.

Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure all bar equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stored.
