We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Chat Support Process at Whitefield, Bengaluru.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and providing timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through chat support.
- Provide accurate and professional resolutions.
- Maintain excellent written communication and typing accuracy.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

- Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of Chat Process experience
- English Communication: Versant Level 6 or equivalent communication skills.




- Good typing and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be ready to attend walk-in interviews.

Salary

Up to ₹34,000 per month
