UI/UX & Figma Designer (Full-Time)

Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Figma Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications. You should have a strong understanding of user experience principles and be proficient in creating high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.

Key Responsibilities

- Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Maintain and update design systems and reusable UI components.
- Conduct user research and implement UX best practices.
- Ensure responsive and consistent designs across multiple devices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a all graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.




- 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX design.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create design systems and reusable components.
- Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and mobile app development concepts (preferred).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Figma AI, or similar) to improve design productivity.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing Android, iOS, and web applications.
- Knowledge of design handoff tools and developer collaboration.
- Portfolio showcasing mobile and web UI/UX projects.
- Familiarity with animation and micro-interactions.
