Dotnet Senior – Technology Consulting

As part of our GDS Consulting team, you will be part of GDS Technology Consulting team delivering to clients across regions. The client base spans across various sectors and includes collaboration with other teams within Consulting services. The opportunity We’re looking for Senior with expertise in .NET core , Microservices, AWS/Azure Cloud. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

Your key responsibilities

Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications

Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Drive the project to achieve the milestone Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues

Understand existing application architecture and solution design

Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming patterns, and solving complex problems

Experience with working with Agile methodology and scrums, and stand ups

Demonstrated history of excellent troubleshooting, analytical. and problem-solving skills

Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-quality systems and software products

Strong written & oral communication skills

Lead or Mentor junior and/or mid-level developers

Review code and establish best practices

Skills and attributes

6 + years of Experience in Microsoft Technologies (Relevant) or as full stack (MEAN, MERN)

Working experience in work on .Net Core, building Microservices

Working experience of designing & developing solutions in AWS/Azure Cloud

Good experience in C#, Angular 6+/React.js 16.0.0+, SQL Server

Good experience as Full Stack Developer (MEAN Stack or MERN Stack or both)





Good experience in database designing, writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning Visual Studio, TFS, VSTS and GIT Modular programming in Angular 6+/ React.js 16.0.0+, Type Script and other front-end unit testing tools CI/CD, DevOps, setting up and managing Build and release pipelines

Have valuable experience in DevOps Pipeline creations.

Good to have

AWS/Azure certifications Soft Skills Excellent Communication Skills Team Player Self-starter and highly motivated

Ability to handle high pressure and fast paced situations

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to work with globally distributed teams

To qualify for the role, you must have

A bachelor's or master's degree

Excellent communication skills with presentation experience preferred.

As this is in an ODC engagement the candidate should be willing to work from office on all workdays.

Candidate to be available in Bengaluru or Chennai only.

Should have Azure/AWS expertise

Candidate should be willing to upskill on AWS for project needs.

Ideally, you’ll also have Ability to drive the project and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.

Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
