Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of Mono Layer Extrusion machines.
- Plan and monitor production as per production schedules and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper machine settings, temperature, speed, pressure, and other process parameters.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure production of film as per required thickness, width, GSM, and quality specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot process and machine-related issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production Planning teams.
- Supervise operators and helpers and allocate manpower effectively.
- Maintain production records, downtime reports, wastage reports, and shift-wise output.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S in the production area.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance with the Maintenance team.
- Train and guide operators on machine operation and process parameters.
- Take corrective action to reduce rejection, downtime, and production losses.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer, or related field.




- Experience: 5–10 years in Mono Layer / Extrusion Film production, preferably in the versatile packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of extrusion machines, film production processes, raw materials, and quality parameters.
- Good leadership, manpower handling, troubleshooting

Benefits & Relocation Package

The company will provide the following benefits to the selected candidate:

- Total Relocation Allowance: USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
- Food Allowance: USD 250 per month.
- Rent/Accommodation Allowance: USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
- Employment Type: Permanent Role.
- Job Location: Tema, Ghana, Africa.
- Air Ticket: The company will bear the cost of the candidate's air ticket for travel/joining to Ghana
