Job Title: Production MIS Executive

Role Overview

- Responsible for maintaining accurate production and inventory data and preparing routine MIS reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect production data from machines, production supervisors, stores and other relevant sources.
- Enter and update production data in Excel/MIS/ERP systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
- Maintain records of production, raw material consumption, wastage, rejection and finished goods.
- Reconcile production and inventory records with physical stock periodically.
- Identify and report discrepancies in production or inventory data.




- Coordinate with production and stores teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records for management reporting.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel integrated with AI.
- Positive numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with routine data entry and reports.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Experience in plastic/flexible packaging will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
