About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, driven, and experienced Social Media Manager to take charge of our brand’s digital voice. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content across all our social platforms to build a strong, authentic online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign strategies
- Create, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Work with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging content
- Track performance using insights/analytics and optimize accordingly
- Stay on top of social trends, viral content, and platform updates
- Respond to followers, engage with the community, and manage DMs/comments
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for product launches and events
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships (optional based on scale)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of hands-on social media management experience




- Solid understanding of all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
- Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and digital storytelling
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven

Bonus if You Have:

- Video/Reel editing experience
- Worked with food, lifestyle, or retail brands
- Experience running paid ad campaigns
- Basic SEO or content marketing knowledge
