Position: Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Internship
Own laptop required
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic fit.
- Support the recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities.
- Assist with offer follow-ups and onboarding coordination.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sourcing and coordination abilities.
- Freshers/MBA/PGDM students or graduates can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
