Job Responsibilities

- Plan and execute B2B cold email and outbound email campaigns.
- Manage multi-domain and multi-inbox email-sending setups.
- Handle SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and email deliverability.
- Build, verify, and maintain targeted prospect and email lists.
- Create and manage email sequences, newsletters, and lifecycle automations.
- Monitor inbox placement, bounce rates, spam rates, replies, and conversions.
- Manage transactional and notification email workflows.
- Ensure compliance with applicable email marketing regulations.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

- 1.5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience.
- Proven experience in B2B cold email/high-volume email outreach.
- Solid working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email deliverability.




- Experience with cold email platforms and ESPs such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, SendGrid, Mailgun, or Amazon SES.
- Strong prospect list building and email verification skills.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of email automation and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work from the Guwahati office.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, MJML, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with dedicated IPs, self-hosted MTAs, or multichannel outreach.
- Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Sales Navigator, ZeroBounce, Zapier, Make, n8n, or HubSpot.

Pay: ₹16,667.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
