We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to manage product sales, qualify potential leads, and achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for conducting market research, presenting tailored solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, cold call, networking, and follow up on incoming leads to build a healthy pipeline.

Client Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, prepare proposals/quotes, and close deals efficiently.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive renewals and referrals.

Market Analysis: Gather feedback, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on market trends to improve sales strategies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales,



prospect interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM software.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience).

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, verbal presentation, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
