Hiring: HR Recruiter – BPO / Non-IT Bulk Hiring

DirectusHR Services is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for BPO / Non-IT bulk hiring.
Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: 2–4 Years

Work Mode: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Required Skills & Experience:

* Robust experience in **BPO / Non-IT Bulk Hiring

* Banking BPO recruitment experience preferred

* Must have handled end-to-end recruitment

* Experience working on **Naukri, Indeed, Foundit and other recruitment portals**

* Good candidate pipeline management and follow-up skills

* Ability to handle multiple requirements and achieve hiring targets

* Strong communication and candidate handling skills
