Immigration Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with immigration and visa processes, understanding their requirements, and providing accurate guidance throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding immigration and visa options.
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs.
- Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, timelines, and application procedures.
- Handle client queries and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate and collect required documents from clients.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and process visa/immigration applications.
- Follow up on applications and keep clients updated on their status.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/ internal systems.




- Achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration policies and visa requirements.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in immigration consultancy or a related field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling skills.
- Knowledge of immigration/visa processes is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and work under targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
