1. Job purpose:
-We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive for our NABL Accredited Laboratory. The ideal candidate must have a Knowledge 1–2 years of relevant experience in store and inventory management, preferably in a laboratory or chemical environment. The candidate should have strong knowledge of material handling, stock maintenance, and documentation.
2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Material Handling & Documentation

Material receiving and verification as per purchase orders.

Proper entry of material receipt and material issue in system/register.

Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movement.

Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and issue slips.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

Maintain stock levels of chemicals, reagents, glassware, consumables, and lab materials.

Monitor minimum stock levels and inform purchase department for reorder.

Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.

Prepare stock reports as required by management.

3. Chemical & Laboratory Material Management





Ensure proper storage of chemicals as per safety norms.

Understand MSDS, labelling, and chemical handling procedures.

Coordinate with laboratory teams for material requirements.

Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices are followed where applicable.

4. System & Reporting

Maintain records in Excel and inventory software.Ensure documentation readiness for NABL audits.

Prepare stock statements and MIS reports.

Draft qualified emails for internal and vendor communication.

3.Skills Required:

-Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

-Strong documentation and email drafting skills.

-Basic understanding of laboratory chemicals and materials.

-Knowledge of stock maintenance and inventory control.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Understanding of NABL documentation requirements (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
