We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong EdTech background and 8+ years of experience to drive franchise expansion, manage franchise partner relationships, execute marketing strategies, and achieve business growth targets for Elysium Group of Companies, Madurai.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute franchise marketing strategies to expand Elysium Group's presence across Tamil Nadu and beyond
- Identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners and ensure brand consistency across all franchise locations
- Visit colleges, institutions, corporates, and industry partners to promote franchise opportunities and generate leads
- Plan and execute field marketing activities — education expos, franchise meets, seminars, and road shows
- Drive admission and enrollment targets across all franchise locations through effective marketing campaigns
- Monitor franchise partner performance and provide marketing support, training,



and guidance
- Track and report franchise marketing performance — leads, conversions, enrollments, and ROI
- Identify recent market opportunities and potential franchise territories for business expansion.

Required Skills

- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration or relevant degree
- 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 5+ years in EdTech / Education / Franchise territory Marketing
- Proven track record in franchise development, institutional partnerships, and enrollment-driven marketing.
- College & Corporate Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills
- EdTech / Education / IT Training Domain Expertise.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
