We're Hiring: Marketing & Sales Executive | Studio Operations

Everly White Studios is a lifestyle and design studio creating handcrafted art, collectibles and meaningful objects inspired by love, connection and conscious living.

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who can help us grow our presence offline, build customer relationships and support the day-to-day functioning of our studio.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys marketing, meeting people, discovering opportunities and taking ownership of things from start to finish.

What You'll Do

- Identify relevant exhibitions, pop-ups, lifestyle events, art events and other opportunities for Everly White to showcase its work.
- Research and approach potential event organizers, cafés, hotels, boutiques, corporate spaces and other relevant partners.
- Assist in planning and executing online & offline marketing activities and brand activations.
- Support social media and other marketing initiatives when required.
- Identify potential collaborations and local business opportunities that can help expand the brand's reach.
- Handle customer enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the value of our products effectively.
- Coordinate product movement, packaging and dispatch requirements.
- Take care of day-to-day studio requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners and other service providers when required.

What We're Looking For

- MBA candidates are preferred, especially in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, customer service, retail or a related field is a plus.




- Prior experience with social media and digital marketing skills is must
- Beginner knowledge of SEO, META ads is must
- Proficient in English & Assamese language and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking to customers and making sales.
- Proactive and willing to approach people, businesses and event organizers.
- Good research skills and local awareness.
- Organized, responsible and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- A good aesthetic sense and interest in art, design, fashion, lifestyle or luxury is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, initiative and the right attitude may also be considered.

The Right Person For This Role

We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be told what to do at every step.

You should be someone who can notice an opportunity, research it, make the call, speak to the right person, follow up and get things moving.

You should also be comfortable switching between selling to a customer, researching an upcoming exhibition, coordinating a pop-up and making sure the studio is ready for the day.
