Job Purpose

The Sales CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up, improving lead conversion, maintaining CRM data, and enhancing the overall customer experience throughout the two-wheeler sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and maintain all customer enquiries from showroom visits, telephone calls, website, social media, campaigns, and other sources.
- Ensure all leads are properly entered and updated in the CRM system.
- Allocate leads to Sales Executives as per management guidelines.
- Monitor daily follow-up activities of the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-up for enquiries, test rides, bookings, and pending customers.
- Track enquiry-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion.
- Follow up with customers who have not visited, booked, or completed their vehicle purchase.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper customer communication.
- Monitor test ride schedules and collect customer feedback.
- Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback calls.




- Follow up on pending documentation, finance approvals, insurance, and vehicle delivery requirements.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales MIS reports.
- Identify lost enquiries and analyse reasons for lost sales.
- Escalate customer complaints or unresolved issues to the concerned Sales Manager.
- Support customer retention and referral generation activities.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and timely updating.
- Coordinate with digital marketing and sales teams for online and campaign-generated leads.
- Ensure compliance with company and OEM CRM processes.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
