Production & Planning EngineerResponsibilities

- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor material availability, machine capacity, manpower, and production schedules.
- Track plan vs. actual production and take corrective actions for delays.
- Monitor productivity, machine utilization, rejection, rework, and downtime.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement improvement actions.
- Maintain production records, reports, and ERP/MRP data.
- Support inventory control and ensure optimum material availability.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements





- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and material planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and Lean/5S practices.
