- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), React.js.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and application architecture design.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and productive code using Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks, particularly React.js.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of integrating APIs and working with databases to support application functionality.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
