About the role

We are looking for a Content Creator Intern – Education & Careers to join our EdTech team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys researching, writing, creating and presenting content.

You will create content across articles, social media and video platforms, with a focus on education, careers, learning and the changing EdTech landscape.

We are looking for someone who can write well, communicate confidently and present naturally on camera.

What you will doResearch and write

- Research topics across education, careers, learning and employability.
- Write articles, explainers, guides, social media posts and video scripts.
- Turn complex topics into simple and engaging content.
- Find interesting angles around education and career trends.
- Create content that is useful to students and working professionals.

Create and produce

- Develop content ideas for digital platforms.
- Create short-form and long-form video content.
- Develop video concepts, hooks and scripts.
- Work with designers, editors and the marketing team.
- Help take content from idea to publication.

Present

- Present content confidently in front of the camera.
- Create educational videos, explainers and commentary.
- Participate in interviews and expert conversations.
- Communicate naturally in both Hindi and English.

What we are looking for

- Fresh graduate or postgraduate from IIMC or a similar communication, journalism or mass communication programme.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience are welcome.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent command of Hindi and English.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- Strong research and storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of digital content and social media.
- Genuine interest in education, careers and the EdTech ecosystem.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.

- A portfolio of articles, videos or social media content.
- Basic knowledge of video production or editing.
- Experience conducting interviews.
- Understanding of SEO and digital publishing.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and content creation.
