Job Summary

Glowing Digital is looking for a professional and client-focused Account Manager – Digital Marketing to manage client relationships and coordinate digital marketing projects across SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Performance Marketing.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, objectives and expectations.
- Coordinate with SEO, SMM, Content, Design and Paid Marketing teams.
- Track project timelines, tasks, deliverables and campaign progress.
- Monitor key performance metrics including leads, CPL, CPA, ROAS and SEO rankings.
- Prepare and share monthly performance reports with clients.
- Handle client feedback, revisions and escalations professionally.
- Ensure timely execution and quality delivery of projects.
- Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for account growth,



upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Account Management, Client Servicing or a related role.
- Good understanding of SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Performance Marketing.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust ownership, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.
