Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for POS and retail billing software. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, troubleshooting software issues, assisting with installation and configuration, and ensuring smooth operations for client outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical and functional support for POS / retail billing software.
- Handle customer queries and issues via phone, email, WhatsApp, or remote support.
- Assist with software installation, configuration, and reinstallation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to billing, reports, inventory, taxation, and integrations.
- Maintain support logs and daily task updates.
- Coordinate with the technical or development team for unresolved issues or bug fixes.
- Provide basic training and guidance to clients on software usage.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of POS / retail billing software operations.
- Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking.
- Basic understanding of SQL or databases (preferred).




- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot issues remotely.
- Basic knowledge of POS / retail software
- Positive communication skills (Hindi & English, Gujarati preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and database (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience in restaurant POS, retail billing software, or ERP support will be an advantage.

Location: Gandhinagar

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
